All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but your order will reflect the listed price at purchase time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. Shipping costs and time estimates are shown at checkout.
b. Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs). We are not liable for third-party delays.
c. International Shipping

d. Risk of Loss

6. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy
Returns are accepted if:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging
(Open candles and candy cannot be returned unless defective.)
To start a return, email hello@almajoe.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error is ours.
b. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
c. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item, including return shipping.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. Colorado residents are protected under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).
8. Intellectual Property

Disputes will first be addressed in good faith. If unresolved, they will be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, CO under AAA rules. Each party pays its own costs unless decided otherwise. No class actions or jury trials permitted.
15. International Users
For Canadian users:

16. Force Majeure
