Laura McKowen is a speaker, bestselling author, and lifelong entrepreneur. She’s the author of We Are The Luckiest and Push Off from Here, and also founded The Luckiest Club, a global sobriety support community. Through her writing and creative ventures, Laura helps people find meaning in their stories and beauty in being human. She lives in Boston with her teenage daughter and two cats.

Joe McKowen is a former restaurant owner and Fortune 100 business consultant. He’s helped hundreds of entrepreneurs grow their businesses through financial and project management expertise, and brings that same care and precision to Alma Joe. He lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife, Jenny, two rambunctious sons, two cats, and one very cute dog named Rocky.

With experience leading multimillion-dollar marketing efforts and managing high-performing teams, she brings heart, strategy, and creativity to everything she does at Alma Joe. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Joe, and the same gaggle of kids and animals as Joe!
